IDOC tracing

Dear expert, I already know a IDOC number posted, how to know the accounting document posted with that IDOC?

I try WE02, but it didn't tell the accounting document number, thanks

any table can be used for tracking

Hello,

Did you check the "status" records of the sucessfully posted IDoc(s)? The status recs are maintained in the table EDIDS.

If you double click on the IDOC number, you should be seeing a next screen.

In that on the left, click on DATA RECORDS tab.here you can get all the details.

Alternatively u can also check in table EDID4

Open the IDoc in WE02 and check the "Status records". If a document is posted, you will see a status 53 record (for success), double click on the status and you can see the document number that is posted. If there is no status 53 record, then the IDoc might be in some other status that indicates awaiting (50, 64, 62) or error (51 status)

If you don't want to check the IDocs one by one, best option would be go to transaction BD87, give the IDoc details or the relevant selection parameters. Make sure you are giving the correct date range (Changed on date).

Double click on the IDoc list. You will get the full list of idocs along with their status text which will display the document posted as people mentioned earlier. And you can display the relationships, object keys also here in the same screen for all the idocs.
