IDOC status

Hi All,

I was trying to change the idoc status to 53 using IDOC_STATUS_WRITE_TO_DATABASE from the inbound function module but the status gets changed to 51 and the message i see is 'Idoc <number>..is already open in process mode'.

How can i avoid this and change the status to 53 successfully? Can somenone help?

Hi,

For which Transaction(e.g ME22/N, ....) you are trying to change the Idoc Status.

Kindly check the PO/SO or any related No. are in UNEDIT Mode, then try to change the IDOC Status. I think it will work now.
