Hi Experts

We are doing inventory adjustment and the data is coming from other system through IDOC. on 18.05.2009 the system sent 15EA quantity of inventory adjustment for a material and IDOC was created in SAP at 14:34 hrs. Now there are two material document created, one at 14:34 hrs and one at 14:35 hrs. In partner profile the "immediate process" is ticked. If i go and see the IDOC its taking the material doc created at 14:35 hrs. The doc created at 14:35 was result of program RBDAPP01 scheduled as batch job for status 64. There are no IDOCS for the 14:34hrs time. How the two documents got posted not able to figure out. Pls give your inputs on this.

Hi,

Check in WE02 how many idocs is available, second thing if idoc processing immediate is ticked in partner profile then how come you are getting idoc in 64 status and what is meaning of scheduling batch job for RDBAPP01 ?

Thanks,

Asit Purbey.

Hi

There is only one IDOC. And the IDOC is not in status64, once the system sends IDOC the status is 50, 64, 62 and 53. The status 50 and 64 is at 14:34 hrs. When immediate process is ticked the status 62 and 53 also should happen at that time but the status 62 and 53 happened at 14:35 hrs. The client have scheduled a job too which runs for every 5 mins.

Hi,

If you have only one idoc that too reached to 53 status, that means material document should be created only once. Check if another document is getting created by any other means.

Thanks,

Asit Purbey.
