IDOC posting delay

Hi

I have the problem to posting the idoc for creating the PO.

the problem is in production server . In a testing and developmentserver getting posted immediately.but in the prodution server getting delayed fo posting.It takes 8 hours to post. message type is PORDCR.Pls let us know the solution.

Hi ,

It looks function module trigger by Background program and it is updating database . means Program is schedueld to run every 8 hours .Please Check the Partner Profiles in the Processing by Function module ensure that it set to Trigger Immediately.

Hi Sree,

Thanks for ur reply.I checked the partner profiles .The option triggers immediately selected. But recently we faced this problem.Last month it was working fine. It posted immedaitely. Now its getting delayed.The fn module triggers background program is Z_IDOC_INPUT_PORDCR.

and also the problem is in only production server.
