IDOC list in table format

I use WE02 to display IDOC, but the content of IDOC is not in a table or excel format, my IDOC number is 30007, type ZC1, message type ZM1,

any one knows the table so I can see each column of IDOC and download to Excel, thanks

You can check the tables starting with EDI* for control records/status records etc.
