IDOC is getting failed.

HI All,

I m trying to process the IDOC of basic type INVOIC02, for creating invoice.

However it is getting failed giving status message 51 and error as "System error: Error in routine MRM_FRSEG_CHECK FRSEG-XEKBZ".

Can anybody let me know what exactly is the problem?
