Idoc filter problem for DEBMAS

I have created filter on Company code (BUKRS ) , sales area( VKORG , VTWEG and SPART) and Account group(KTOKD).

filter values : KTOKD - A004

BUKRS-052

VKORG - 041

VTWEG - 30

SPART - 49

Through change pointers I am generating customer IDOC's where filter is working only on Account group(KTOKD - A004).

But When I have BUKRS - 051 only that segment is not added. other segments like E1KNA1M , E1KNVV segments are added.

is there any solution to stop the creation of idoc when any filter is not satisifed. Instead of skipping that specific segment.

PS:I have not activated any segment filters.
