IDOC error handling

Hi All,

I am using WHSCON as an inbound IDOC to do PGI.

If somehow inbound IDOC gets failed it should send an error report to group of user. Can we use some standard approach by SAP or we need to develop something.

Can somebody give me step by step procedure to the above.

Hi Neha,

Patner Profile has a tab called 'Post Processing: permitted agent', you can assign user to be notified if Idoc fails. This might help you case.
