An IDOC can surely have more than one message type and vive versa.

Hi,

As far as my knowledge is considered, There is only One Message Type for One IDOC Type Because , For One IDOC, there will be only one Control Record.

For Example :

Message Type : It describes the Nature of Data.

IDOC Type : It describes the Structure of Data.

For Message Type : MATMAS

IDOC Type : MATMAS05

Can you give me some examples if iam wrong.....
