IDES : Runtime Errors : ASSERTION_FAILED

Hi,

I am facing an issue while creating a new asset master (AS01) in IDES (installed in my PC), after i complete entries in all the fields while saving system issuing "Runtime error  Assertion_Failed" attaching all the screen caps below

When i try following below suggestion ended up with the error stated ....

1. Delete the contents of table RSCOMPTLOGO
2. Call the transaction again - the application components will be regenerated
3. Also implement Note 1585456

"Table RSCOMPTLOGO is not active in the Dictionary

Message no. MO402"

Can someone help me how to overcome with this..

How have you installed it on your PC. What is the hardware requirements. Kindly tell.

Hi Nikhil,

IDES is installed in windows 2003, running through VMware

Windows 7 is the primary installation and RAM 4 GB. it was installed 1 year ago and working very good. but no idea why this issue has arised !!

I remember that recently i have changed the VMsettings (increased the sharing RAM).

Kindly advise, how can i rectify this
