hyperlink in smartform

Hi,

I want to display a hyperlink in my smartform. Say for eg the link will be

Go to attachments.

Everytime the URL of the hyperlink will be decided at runtime. How can I achieve this functionality.

Thanks to you all for the answer.

But what if I want the text displayed in the smartform to be static say for eg "Go to Attachments" and the URL called on clicking "Go to Attachments" will be different everytime. What should I do in this case?
