Huge email cannot be sent

Hello, I have a report which sends email. The problem is in email sending with attachment. When the attachment(pdf format) gets huge, it fails the sending. Is there a configuration where we can adjust the attachment limit size? or is there something i can do to resolve this issue?

Hi,

You can set the settings in SOST to limit the size of the attachment so that you can avoid the time_out or system_no_role dumps at transaction SOST -> Utilities -> General Parameters.

Also have a look at SAP notes 1171138 and 837300
