- Absences we maintain through IT 2001

- Attendances we maintain through IT 2002

- Absence Quota we maintain through IT 2006

- Attendance Quota we maintain through IT 2007

I think we can maintain all kind of leaves in infotype 0005.

You can also use BAPI_TIMEQUOTA_GETDETAILEDLIST to obtain an employee's Attendances/Absences Info.
