How to use Pass through XML Data in SAP program

I need your help. How can we use "Pass through XML data" when calling external web service in ABAP program.

If we choose "Use generated consumer class" instead of "Pass through XML data". it will throw an error

BASIS installed additional service pack to enable webservice in SAP.
