How to use Event Triggering method

Hi Experts,

Can any body tell me how to use event triggering methods,in case suppose there are no EXITS,BADI exist?

Please let me know the whole process.I am not able to send shipping information through outbound proxy for VT01N/VT02n because there is no proper EXIT & BADI doesn't exist where I can send data to Legacy through out bound Proxy.
