How to type printer scape characters??

Hi,

I have gone into SPAD - Device types - formats (inside my device type) - inside my format, i've gone to one action created by us: Printer initialization.

Here is where i can enter my printer control commands.

I have one: My printer manual says <b>Ec&l12E</b> to enter 12 lines at the upper border of my page. In SAP it is written <b>\e&l12E</b>. I supose this is the way we must write it, <u>but it doesn't works.</u>

Is \e the way to type Ec into SAP?

I'm trying to go down my output because it's displaced on tray 1 (110mm x 220mm),

Any suggestions??

Hi,

One workaround is to increase the TOP MARGIN in SMARTFORM/LAYOUT.
