how to transport scripts

i would like to transport script (se71) from development server to production server.

can any one tell me... how?

Include the script in the transport request by gving script a developement package. and then in SE09 u can transport the request.

Hi Manoj,

For transporting from DEV to PRD,

goto tcode :SCC1

give your source client and Transport request and press F5. Thats it.

Release the Transport request you created while chaning / creating the script using transaction SE09

first release the task and then request.Now request your basis team (or technical lead) to import it to the QA (if you have - and do some testing ) and if everything is ok move to PRD (again request your Basis Team )

Hi -

Script is client dependant. If you want to transport script.

First create a transport request and run standard program RSTXTRAN to attach script to transport request. Then release.
