How to set Encoding in ABAP Mapping

Hi All,

I have implemented ABAP Mapping in XI for converting Idoc into Idoc Flatfile which is provided by SAP and is in the below link.

However after this mapping is taking place all chinese characters are being replaced by #.

So i want to explicitly set encoding in this ABAP Mapping. Can anybody please tell me where to set Encoding and how in this ABAP Code?
