You can use the transaction code SM01.

Find your tcode by putting it into the box given below. Select the checkbox and press the Lock/Unlock button.

There isn't anything like "like tcodes".

But tcodes are the the codes by using which we can start the program directly by putting it into the box.

The AREA MENU that you define in SE43 are like t-codes

Example of area menu is WEDI - Edi related config..
