Hello,

Can anyone please tell me as to how to delete the change requests

(modifiable/released) from the client which is deleted.

For instance I have clients 480, 410 on my DEV system.

When I check in SE09 I can view the requests of the clients 460,470

along with clients 410 and 480.The clients 460,470 are deleted from the SAP system. Now how do delete the change requests that correspond to these deleted clients from the transport organizer.

I want to view the requests of the existing clients only, in the transport organizer.

Any solutions??

Thanks,

Sumit

Hi,

Change requests can be deleted only from the clients in which they are created and by whom they created.

You can't delete them from other clients, though they appear when you log on from other clients in SE09/Se10.

you have to delete the objects from the task firts, then the task and lastly delete the request from Se09.

reward points if useful

Release TP request will not harmful for ur systems.

Hi,

Transaction SE01/SE09 --> Display transport --> Place cursor on the objects related to transport --> click on DELETE ICON on the application bar --> It may give some information messages- ignore them. --> Once all objects are delete --> Delete tasks --> and finally the transport.

Make sure that, at this instance objects related to transport are not being changed.

hi

good

you cant delete the change request in any point of time, yes while createing the migration form for the particular request you can give the required information in the special instruction segment in the down of the migration form, which ll give the idea to the basis people to treat accordingly to that particular request number.

Thanks
