Hi,

if you only need it for a speziell programm, i would enter an authorisation group inside the program atributs and set this authorisation to the customer.

If you want to creat a new one, you can use the transaction SU21.

Hi you need to create the authorization in the following way.

create authorization object

in take field with name program

and the activity = (1,2,3 ) all

then ask the basis guy to assign this object to the users profiles to whom you need to give the authorization.

You cannot restrict authorization objects to specific users. The restriction is done by assigning the roles containing this authorization object(s) only to specific users.
