Hi All,

I have one Idoc number 66890. This Idoc number having basic Idoc type as INVOIC01. we know that INVOIC01 and INVOIC02 having similar segments expect E1EDP30. Now I want to create new Idoc number by copying INVOIC01 segments data into INVOIC02 segments. my question is ...is it possible to copy data between segments...if it is please help me how to do it. Your responce is more respectable.

Hi,

This is a long way ...

1. Please open two SAP session for transaction WE19.

2. In the first session, please enter with Doc number 66890 and continue the process. The system will display all the IDoc data in format of INVOIC01 segments.

3. In the second session, please enter with basic type INVOIC02 and continue the process. The system will display a template of INVOIC02 segments and ready to be inputted.

4. Next, you can toggle between 1st and 2nd session to copy and paste the detail IDoc data of above IDoc number into format of INVOIC02 segment by segment.

5. Once they are done, you can post the IDoc INVOIC02 with standard inbound button for inboudn purposes and vice versa.

6. Go to WE02 to check the status of ne IDoc.

Hi,

You can use WE19 to copy data from IDoc number 66890 to the new idoc type INVOIC02. Perhaps you may need to open two session and use cust and paste.
