Hi Sriram..

Change pointers are not used for Transaction data. It can be used only for distributing Master data.

Since u want to distribute the PO whenever it is created in ME21n, You have to configure the Message control for this.

1. Creating condition records in NACE

2. Maintaining Partner profile in outbound with Message control settings.
