How to compare two versions of function modules for code consistency

This is a project specific requirement.

Can any one help me if there is any transaction to compare two function modules with in the system .I need something like se39. I tried with se39 but it is not recognizing .

Hi,

For evey FM there is a include name...

Go to the attributes tab of the FM...there you can find the include name for the FM..

Use that include name in SE39...

Go to version management of a function module and select 2 versions of of your requried and press compare button
