How to Archive Notes

Hello Experts,

In my scenario we are archiving Z tables, but notes are maintained in standard tables..

will some one throw some light on archiving these notes from standard tables...while archiving i have to make sure that only those notes which are related to my documents need to be archived

shall i maintain this standard table in my archiving object....

Hello RR,

Include these standard tables in custom archiving object structure definition by maintaining proper table relationship.

These standard table information should be include within custom archiving object in order to keep your document intact.

Your custom archiving object will only picks the notes of your business document that you have selected in write selection variant.
