How to add validation in standard T code?

Hi

In CS02 i want to add a validation. If I I enter all details in CS02

i.e.

Material
       Plant
       BOM Usage...

..normally it wil go to second screen,but the requirement is, after entering this details I have to check some conditions, if the conditions are valid then only user can see the second screen otherwise it will give an error mssg. So how to add validation in that..?Any Userexit?enhancement?BADI?

I have activated the exit and wrote some code in EXIT_SAPLCSDI_002

INCLUDE ZXCSAU02(code}. But its not going to that code after I press enter on first screen.
