How to add select-options in module pool program

Hello, I want to add a select option in my screen 100 in module pool program but I dont know how can I do this, Could anyone. Could anyone can help me with this? I read about this but I do not understand, for example, in this link http://www.saptechnical.com/Tutorials/ABAP/SelectOptions/Index.htm say:"Create report with following code."  How can I crate a report program if I working in module pool???
