is there a transaction in SAP where i can get some information about function modules "how many times is a function module triggered".

I don't think we can check that....We have a table where we can have all the function modules list..(TFDIR)..

It is RSSTAT26 for 7.00 kernel. This is the program behind transaction STAD, which does not serve the purpose of analysing on function module level. See my answer above.
