How many times does a program be executed

Anybody knows that how many times a program has been executed?

So I want to know which programs are used or not used.

Using ST03N I can find out number of times it has done even though I have to count it manually.

however I want to figure out that which programs are not used.

Check stad, also there is some work around using SM19 and SM20 but im not aware of that. Please search for more details
