How get back the deleted screen

Hi,

Somehow one screen (prog:SAPLIQS0 screen: 8021) is deleted from all the system (Dev, QA and Prod). Is there any way to get back this screen..

Things don't just happen 'somehow'. Was it lost in an upgrade? Before retrieving the screen, see if SAP removed it.

According to my kids, they do.

To the OP, did you check OSS as well? I don't have that screen in my system - ERP 6.0 SP 16.
