Go to SM37.
Select the JOB
Enter JDBG in the Command field.
It works similar to /H.

Hi ,
You can use transaction JDBG by selecting the appropriate application server work process (BDG).
But be careful as all the database updates ( if any ) will happen agian.
*reward if helpful.

Go to SM37 and check the spool there. You can find your
output there. If you want to debug the program then first put a
break point in your program after finishing of the execution of
the job, then select the job in SM37 and enter JDBG in
command prompt and press enter. It will go to debug mode. It
is equivivalent to /H which we will enter while debugging in
foreground

Start your program to execute in background.
Then go SM50 and choose your program and option for
Debugging ..
Program/Mode --> Program --> Debugging
