Org Structure in FICO would be
Client -> Operating Concern -> Controlling Area ->Company Code->Cost Centres
Operating Concern exists only if you are using CO-Profitablity Analysis (CostingBased). Controlling Area exists only if you are using CO module.
In FI, it would be
Client (highest level)-> Company Codes->Cost Centre
Business Areas or Functional Areas are defined at client level.
Chart of Accounts/Customers/Vendors are defined at Client Level and extended/assigned to Company Code.
