i need 2 fields data from addr1_data which is structure.

name1 and city1

is there any table or FM through which i can get these 2 fields data.

Table ADRC might do the job.

There are several BAPIs for address maintenance, try this one for example: BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESS_GETDETAIL
