I have a database field as a screen field. is there any perticular setting in domain or data element thru which i can get the list of all last written stuffs ON SPACE KEY.

Hi.

It is not an ABAP feature.

In your SAP GUI, press ALT+F12 (Customize Local Layout), Go to Options...., then go to Tab Local Data and set History to "Immediately", and set maximum number of entries to the desired amount of last entered entries available.
