HELP_START not editable

Hi All,

I am unable to modify the Function Module HELP_START. Although I have taken the access key but after giving the access key the code is greyed out and it is not editable. I have also tried creating enhancements at the specified enhancement points but it is not creating an enhancement and giving message that " Object FUGR SHL2 is a part of central basis and therefore cannot be enhanced."

Can anyone please suggest ?
