help needed regarding BADI.

can anyone plz tell me how to define BADI and how create an interface.

plz tell from everything regarding that, i have work with basic ABAP only.

i try the steps in 2007 but they are different............

but steps that are in the link are of R/3 System.

i have to do it in 2007.
