You can upload an SAPScript using program RSTXSCRP.

Use the program RSTXSCRP to upload the script.
You can use this program to upload/download the script, style and standard text.

EXECute the Program RSTXSCRP
select the first radio button FORM
and
give OBJECT NAME : ZFORM <--give your new ZFORM name here
MODE : IMPORT
from the next block,
give the path where your path of that file(downloaded form is there)
and say EXECUTE.
