Help LaunchPad missing

One of our user says whenever she clicks on Help menu she gets an error "Help LaunchPad executable missing....Notify administrator" - any idea what could be the issue ?

Sapman,

If it's working for other users have her reinstall the sapgui with the latest patches.

Hello Sapman,

you need to check the Help Launchpad config. You need to point this to the RWD executable that brings up the context specific help. The Help Launchpad install manuals document this.
