help against application help

Hi experts

In my SAP configuration the application help giving error as follows,plz suggest me the possible ways to correct this,the error is as follows.

"could not find file

"
i.p address
SAPHelp\PlainHTML\helpdata
EN\fc\16c1a8dc4911d299970000e83dd9fc\frameset.htm" for details please check the entries in the file SAPDOCCD.LOG in the windows directory.

hi gaurav,

i would suggest you to go for Plain HTML using HTTP...u could find this in transaction SR13..in the plainhtmlhttp tab configure you variant..give the platform that you use and area as IWBHELP and server name is help.sap.com...and dont forget to select the default check box..this way you get the application help...
