<b></b>I would like to know how to create views (practically)?can anyone explain in steps.please,urgent.No theory part since i have all materials for that.

Hi. Welcome to SDN. You may create views using SE11. Simply select the radiobutton for view and enter the name, make sure to start the name with "Z" or "Y", in the next screen, give a description, and then specify the tables that are to be included in the view, if more than one, you must then specify the join condition, usually the key fields of the tables, then include the fields that you want. Save and activate.

Save and activate.

i would like to know the right purpose of using view for a table.

after entering two tables and also the join conditions,saved and activated it but it says no table or fields are defined.
