SAP Partners --> means whoo involves in the Business of SAP , mean to implementation partnets , product design ,implement partners.

SAP Cusotmers---> means who are using SAP software components.

Interesting question

SAP Partners: Companies (mostly IT Companies) which are working with SAP to provide wide variety of services to SAP customers are SAP Partners. SAP partners specializes in some areas and offer their expert services.

SAP Customer: These are the companies that purchaes SAP products to satify their IT requiements (as ERP/ CRM/SCM/DW). These companies take help from SAP partners as an when required.
