check this method <b>'FILE_EXIST'</b> of the class <b>'CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES'</b> if u r trying to validate programmatically

<b>Check the properties of the File.

In general Application Server Files starts with \usr\tmp\........like that.</b>
