Dear experts,

Im planning to use GuiXT to perform screen element manupulation and had the Synactive GuiTX installed at my PC.

I did tick the option "Activate GuiXT" at SAP application toolbar and the Synactive GuiXT application successfully launch whenever i open a new sap session, but the problem is it <b>can not</b> get the communication with SAP to get those related screen element information.

But when i tried on colleague's pc, there is no problem at all. I have checked whatever i can do, but still can not figure out what the hell is going on.

Hence, i may need your expertise advice on this. FYI, im working on 4.6C.

Check if you have done the prerequisite settings.

Sigh.... the problem was due to window's firewall is "on". It is solved now.
