The texts are stored in the PCL1 cluster & you can use the function call HR_READ_INFTY_NOTE to retrieve them.

When i am trying to execute the same iam not getting the result? kindly guide me to execute the function module

Note: my requirement is how to capture the text which is maintained in infotype 0102.
