Goods Issue

Hi All,

I am facing one problem while am doing Post Goods Issue(PGI) for a particular Outbound delivery in VL06.It is giving error "The document(DO no) is currently is being processed by +EFI".I can mention one thing is that +EFI is the User name.I have checked all the jobs related to +EFI but there are no such type jobs which are relating to PGI.

Can anybody tell me the way by which I can investigate the issue.

Hi,

1. Is that document opened by +EFI?

2. Check if it works after some time. Sometimes COMMIT WORK takes some time to process.

3. See if any BADI/Exit done by +EFI causing some error in between.

At that time of this kind of error check tcode SM13 for any update requests that may be pending for that user.

Wait for such update requests finish and try again.

We have no authorization to run TC SM13.Can anybody suggest me the other way.

If you don't have, ask for that or ask a basis person to check that tcode.
