GL Deletion

Hi Experts,

I want to delete a GL from my system.

How to do it?

If I use FS00, the GL is not deleted, it is only flagged for deletion.

I want the GL to be deleted completely.

Hi,

Just check with FI Consultants wether they can be deleted or not. As GL Documents can be REVERSED not deleted.

In FS00, check the documentation for the deletion flag. You'll see that the actual deletion has to be done by the archiving program.

Hi

To Delete any GL Master Data,

1. There won't be any postings to that GL Account

If satisfies this condition then

2. Go to T Code: FS00, Select Checkbox for Deletion Flag at Company Code Level or Chart of Accounts Level

3. Go to T Code: OBR2, first execute in Test Run mode Next Delete the GL Account
