Get environment variable TEMP or TMP in windows

Hello,

I am developing a program and I need to get the environment variable system or environment variable system user TMP o TEMP.

The value of the variable in windows XP is:

-system: WINDOWSTEMP

- user: C:Documents and settingscuserconfiguración localTemp

It changes depending the windows version which you are using.

Can anyone tell me the way?
