Generate Customize XML

Hi, i would like to know if its possible from sap using ABAP to generate or create a customize xml. The scenario is i have an application which receive data from an xml file with standard tags specific for the system. I have no idea how SAP works and i hope your help. Please post any link bout my problem or how ABAP will solve this.

I believe that this can be handled with the CALL TRANSFORMATION statement.
