General Task List

Dear All,

I need to replace Material number with new Material Number.

Transaction code IP62 - Select General Task list. Enter old material number. It displays Material where-used list in task list. I need to change all these components with new material number.

How this can be done?

Pratibha,

As Material number is the key, I don't think you will be able to replace that. You will have to put the new number in each of the places.

I need to write BDC to replace old material numbers with new material numbers.

Another transaction is IA07.

Hi,

when I delete one component from general Task List and save it,Again I want to put one material in TL But it doesnot allow.Error" Standard BOM already exists".

So how can I add material in general TL?
