G/L Document not posting

Hai,

I tried to post the G/L document in Transaction FB01.But the system throws the following message

'Document type SA is only defined for batch input'.

What is the problem?

Can any one solve the problem.

Hi

it means you can use this document type only if you post the document by B.I (It's special usage).

This characterist is setted in customizing (trx OBA7).

You should choose another document type or change that configuration if you think it's wrong.

In my system the flag "Batch Input Only" for SA is space.

Sounds like someone made an error in configuration. This is the standard document for entering journal entries. The person responsible for configuration should change it back (and perhaps define a similar one for batch input).
